PLEASE NOTE: We strive to comply with
the Federal Anti-Spam Laws. We only sent the newsletter to those individuals
that specifically request it (no tricky check boxes). It is sent to undisclosed
recipients (except Aerie Secretary & Aerie Trustees) to preserve your privacy.
To unsubscribe, simply send an e-mail to
newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com with the subject 'Unsubscribe'.

How do I get the newsletter sent to me?
The simplest way to request the newsletter, is to sent an e-mail to newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com. or you may write your name and e-mail address (forms are available on the counter by the front door to the bar). Drop the form in the black box on the Secretary's Office door (by the bar).
How much does the newsletter cost?
The newsletters and calendars are provided at no cost (FREE).
Do I have to be a member of North Mason to receive the newsletter?
Do I have to be an Eagle member to receive the newsletter?
The answer to both these questions is No. The newsletters and calendars are available at no cost to anyone on request or to download.
I don't have e-mail, how do I get a newsletter?
If you don't have an e-mail address or don't want the newsletter sent to you, you can view or download them (Newsletters with calendars click here or Calendars only click here). If you wish past issues, these are also available for download. If you don't have access to a computer, the current month's calendar is available on the counter by the front door of the bar).
I am not getting the newsletter after I requested it.
We make every effort to get the newsletter out to everyone who requests it, but sometime mistakes happen. Sometimes they our fault but sometimes they are yours. first look at the list of people whose e-mails have been returned below and then check the solutions.
The newsletter is posted on the website and sent by e-mail as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. To open this format you need Adobe Acrobat® Reader. To download the free reader, click here.
I would like an event or item in the newsletter.
Events & functions are discussed at the Joint Officers Meeting, held on the second Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Anyone is welcome to attend. The newsletter planning for the next 2 months is held in February, April, June, August, October & December. If you have an event or item you want to present, it should be done then. If you are unable to attend, you may submit your item (with contact information) in writing to any Aerie or Auxiliary officer prior to these meetings.

To submit an event or item for posting on our website, submit your item by e-mail to newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com. It may take up to 2 weeks before the item is posted, so allow plenty of time. We do reserve the right to refuse to post any item that is inappropriate or offensive. The Fraternal Order of Eagles is a non-profit, charitable organization, so please no commercial advertisements.

If your name does not appear here, then your newsletter e-mail has not been returned to us. Please check your 'Junk Mail' or 'Spam Mail' folders. Some e-mail providers require that you add newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com to your safe senders list or to your contacts.
A hand written address is misspelled or unreadable. Please make sure you write legibly with Name & e-mail address or send your request to newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com.
The host name (the part after @) is in valid or misspelled. Sending an email to newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com is the easiest way to get it corrected or check with your e-mail provider.
Your e-mail account is disabled and receiving no e-mail. Contact your e-mail provider.
Your e-mail account is full or exceeded quota. You will not receive any e-mails until you delete some old ones or contact your e-mail provider to increase your e-mail box.

These errors have various reasons. The servers may be offline, being serviced or incorrect. Sometimes e-mail providers have Spam filters that reject e-mails they consider Spam. You can try adding newsletter@northmasoneagles4226.com to your safe senders list or contacts. Otherwise contact your e-mail provider for more information.
